Ritika Singhal has worked extensively in the power sector for more than ten years working on disputes relating to generation, transmission, distribution, trading and renewable energy. Ritika has represented energy conglomerates before the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board and Electricity Regulatory Commissions across India on landmark matters that have shaped the law in the energy and gas sectors. Apart from litigation, Ritika has in the past assisted Regulatory Commissions to draft regulations and tariff orders.
