Neha Das

Neha Das is a dispute resolution lawyer with a focus on commercial and energy-sector litigation. She has advised and represented clients in matters involving power purchase agreements, tariff regulations, and complex contractual disputes before the Supreme Court, High Courts, APTEL, and various regulatory commissions. Her practice also includes arbitration, land acquisition, and corporate litigation. 

Prior to joining Neeti Niyaman, Neha trained under a Supreme Court Advocate-on-Record, gaining exposure to constitutional, land, and company law matters. She also worked at SKV Law Offices, where she focused on arbitration and commercial disputes. 

She holds a B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School, Delhi, and has completed specialized training in energy transition, competition law, and intellectual property from TERI SAS, NLU Delhi, and WIPO.
