Asmita Narula

Asmita is a dispute resolution lawyer having over seven years of experience. She completed B.Com (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. Thereafter, she pursued LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.

Over the span of seven years, Asmita has handled a wide spectrum of constitutional, civil, commercial, criminal, service and white-collar matters before various fora, including the Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi, National Company Law Tribunal, PMLA Appellate Tribunal, Central Administrative Tribunal and various District Courts. She has worked extensively on various ad-hoc and institutional domestic and international arbitrations governed by the rules of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre, Indian Council of Arbitration and International Chamber of Commerce. Her core areas of expertise include dispute resolution, client management, strategy formulation and statutory compliances.

Prior to joining Neeti Niyaman, Asmita worked with S&LL Law Chambers and with Ms. Geeta Luthra, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India as a Senior Associate, while simultaneously managing her independent practice.
